Lil' Strawberry Sally & Sam Contest Returns

First State Bank is excited to present the Lil' Strawberry Sally & Sam Costume Contest on Saturday, June 19, at 11 am. The contest is part of Waupaca's Strawberry Fest and, due to the Main Street reconstruction project, has a new location for 2021 in the gathering/fellowship room at Trinity Lutheran Church (206 E. Badger Street, Waupaca).

Boys and girls ages 2 to 5 years old are invited to dress up in their best strawberry-themed outfit/costume and will be judged on their strawberry theme, originality, and personality. Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place boys and girls, including a $50 US Savings Bond gift certificate for the 2021 Lil’ Strawberry Sally and Sam winners. All participants will receive a goodie bag.

The advance registration deadline has been extended to Friday, June 18. In-person registrations will also be accepted the day of the event from 10:30 am to 10:45 am.

Email signed registration forms to manager@bankfirststate.com. Contest registration forms are also available at any First State Bank office, Sunny Day Childcare and Preschool (1932 Godfrey Drive, Waupaca), and the Waupaca Area Chamber of Commerce office (315 S Main St, Waupaca).

Contestants should plan on arriving at the church by 10:45 am.
