- Minimum opening deposit: $5
- Deposits encouraged by direct deposit or automatic transfer
- Your account balance will be transferred automatically to your First State Bank checking or savings account on October 16 of each year*
- Withdrawals outside of the annual automatic transfer are subject to a $20 early withdrawal penalty.
*If October 16 falls on Saturday or Sunday the transfer date for that year will be the next business day.
