Business Electronic Banking

First State Bank provides secure, 24/7/365 online access to financial information necessary for business decisions. Businesses can manage day-to-day decisions with Business Electronic Banking via transfers, electronic transactions and more.

Features

The following services are free with First State Bank's Business Electronic Banking platform:

Account activity

  • Obtain on-the-spot balance report of all accounts.
  • Access ledger and available balance information (18 months of history).
  • View debit and credit activity summaries.
  • Search for specific posted items, including electronic payments, POS transactions, service charges/fees, direct deposits, ATM transactions, and debits and credits.
  • View images of the fronts and backs of your checks.

Loan reporting

  • Access current information on all loan and line of credit balances and transactions.
  • Review detailed loan information, such as balance, amount due, estimated payoff and interest rate.
  • Initiate payment and advance transactions (approval required).

Multiple-user access

  • Set up account access rights and capabilities specific to individuals and their responsibilities within your organization. (The program incorporates high-level Internet security by utilizing 128-bit encryption.)

Bill pay

  • Set up and manage payees; review payment history.
  • Electronically schedule payments, same day, to anyone anywhere in the U.S. (up to one year in advance).
  • Include invoice number on selected payments.

Mobile Business Banking

First State Bank's mobile banking application allows businesses to view account information and access services from a mobile phone or tablet. The app is built for easy navigation and can be used for electronically depositing a single check per deposit.

ACH Origination Services

Automated Clearing House (ACH) is a secure and convenient way for businesses, organizations, and government entities to make and receive payments electronically through their First State Bank Business Electronic Banking— without the hassle and delay of paper checks. ACH can be used to issue payroll, process accounts payable, and move funds between accounts. ACH can also be used to gain faster access to your accounts receivable and streamline your collection of payments from customers, members, vendors, or contractors.

With electronic processing, funds move faster, the risk of errors and fraud drops, and you maintain optimal cash control with fewer resources.

Cash management capabilities

  • Access accounts.
  • Transfer from one internal account to a single or many accounts at one time.
  • Access your line of credit.
  • Concentrate funds from multiple offices, locations or other depository bank using ACH Collection.
  • Initiate ACH debits to collect receivables more quickly, improving cash flow.
  • Create and save frequently used transfer profiles.
  • Set up a workflow for monthly dues or pledges.

ACH payments

  • Initiate electronic payments, including direct deposit, expense reimbursement and vendor payments.
