Our response times

We will generally respond to your request within an hour when received during business hours Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. If your request is received outside of business hours, we will respond the morning of the next business day.

If your First State Bank debit/ATM or credit card is missing or suspect that it is compromised, please report your First State Bank card immediately with 24/7 card assistance.
