With that in mind, we’ve spent the past year preparing for a comprehensive technology upgrade, which will not only improve our systems, but also introduce new and improved checking account options tailored to better serve you, Enhanced Personal Banking and Enhanced Business Banking. We are excited to significantly enhance the services we offer and further strengthen our commitment to meeting your financial needs.
As our customer, it’s important to know that these items will remain the same:
- Credit cards, debit cards, and checks will function normally
- Bank account numbers
- Automatic ACH credits and debits, going into or leaving your account, will continue to post as normal

While our team has worked diligently to minimize disruptions, please note that there will be some temporary service interruptions as we complete the final steps of this transition. Important Dates
Please be aware of and prepare for the following temporary changes in service starting at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, and continuing through the end of day Sunday, February 23, 2025.

Website - New Look and Feel
Along with our technology upgrade, we are also excited to unveil a refreshed look and feel with the launch of our new website on Monday, January 27, 2025. If you are an Online Banking customer, you will find the “Login” button in the top right corner of your screen to access your accounts. Then, enter your username and password as normal.

Information will be mailed to your homes in the upcoming weeks to help you better understand what to expect. Please ensure your mailing address, email address, and phone number are up to date so you can receive these important communications.
