First State Bank Acquires Property for New Stevens Point Office
Stevens Point, Wisconsin – First State Bank President and CEO, Bob Van Asten, announced the purchase of land in the Portage County Business Park. The 2.593-acre parcel at 3309 John Joanis Drive will be the new location of the bank’s Stevens Point office. It will replace the bank’s current office on Park Ridge Drive which was acquired with the merger of Pioneer Bank earlier this year.
“We are excited to be expanding to a larger, more easily accessible location that will allow us to better serve our growing customer base in the Stevens Point region,” said Van Asten.
Construction of First State Bank’s new Stevens Point office is expected to begin in late spring or early summer of 2021 and be completed by the end of the year.
