First State Bank's COVID-19 Updates

Thank you for your understanding and patience during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. We continue to take necessary steps to continue serving the financial needs of our communities while keeping our customers and employees safe.

Our Safe Banking Plan

As of August 12, 2020, our Cecil and Rozellville lobbies will be open by appointment only with service through our drive-up window during normal business hours. 

All other First State Bank are open during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Offices that have Saturday lobby hours will remain drive-up only service at this time.

  • We encourage you to continue using our drive-ups and online banking services for normal, day-to-day transactions whenever possible as we are limiting the number of customers permitted in our lobbies at one time to support recommended social distancing. Limits vary by office and will be posted at each entrance.
  • Please stay home if you are not feeling well and practice social distancing by maintaining a distance of 6 feet from other customers and employees as much as possible.
  • Face coverings are required inside our banks in accordance with Wisconsin’s face covering requirement (effective 8/1/20). See Face Covering FAQ. Note, to confirm your identity, we may ask you to temporarily remove your face covering or present a photo ID. We will serve customers who are not wearing a face covering, but have face masks available for customers who need and request one.

If you feel uncomfortable coming into our lobbies and need assistance with your accounts or have a question, please call your local branch or our Customer Care Center at (800) 994-2500. Our staff is happy to continue helping you remotely or may even suggest scheduling an appointment if needed.
