First State Bank's COVID-19 Updates

Thank you for your understanding and patience during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. We continue to take necessary steps to continue serving the financial needs of our communities while keeping our customers and employees safe.

Helping to keep everyone safe

All First State Bank lobbies are currently open by appointment only Monday through Friday with service through our drive-up windows during normal business hours. Offices that have Saturday lobby hours will remain drive-up only service at this time.

  • Please use our drive-ups and online banking services for normal, day-to-day transactions whenever possible.
  • Call your local branch or our Customer Care Center at (800) 994-2500 if you need assistance with your accounts. Our staff is happy to help you remotely and will suggest scheduling an appointment if needed.

If you make an appointment

  • Please stay home if you are not feeling well.
  • Call the phone number posted on our branch door when you arrive for your appointment.
  • Please practice social distancing when in our lobbies by maintaining a distance of 6 feet from other individuals as possible.
  • Face coverings are required inside our banks in accordance with Wisconsin’s face covering requirement (effective 8/1/20). See Face Covering FAQ. Note, to confirm your identity, we may ask you to temporarily remove your face covering or present a photo ID. We will have face masks available for customers who need and request one.

Given the many unknowns that remain regarding the COVID-19 virus, please understand that we may update our business continuity plan should there be a resurgence of the virus or if other factors warrant and continue to check this webpage for any new status updates.
