Purchasing? Here’s the info you will need.

To help your loan application to be approved as quickly as possible, the following items (for both borrower and co-borrower) will be needed:

  • Social Security Number
  • Driver’s license
  • Last 2 year’s W-2s
  • Pay stubs covering last 30 days, or if self-employed, your tax returns for the past two years
  • Bank statements for the past two months for any accounts not at First State Bank
  • Last 2 year’s signed federal income tax returns (all pages including all schedules)
  • Current mortgage statement and information for any property owned (if NOT financed with First State Bank)
  • Homeowner’s insurance policy Declaration page - for this property and all other property owned
  • Copy of Signed Offer to Purchase Contract with all amendments and counter-offers; also the Real Estate Condition Report
  • Earnest money receipt, if applicable
  • Seller information, if available
  • Investment account statements for the past two months
  • Life insurance policy

The following information may also be requested:

  • Retirement account statements for the past two months
  • Make and model of vehicles you own and their resale value
  • Credit card account information
  • Auto loan account information
  • Personal loan account information
  • Home equity account information (if applicable)

Refinancing? Please have this info ready.
